You have the opportunity to return a product purchased online within fourteen days if it did not meet your expectations. We will refund the amount you paid, except for the fee for the money transfer.

The main condition: the product must not be used, its appearance must not be changed, the watch has not been worn, all documents, labels and original packaging have been preserved.

Returned goods with an attached request for a refund in a free form must be sent to the same address from which the goods were received. Goods purchased via the Internet are not accepted in our physical stores, and money for them in stores is not refunded.

The right to return is valid only for goods purchased in an online store.
