Delivery and return of goods
Terms of delivery:
We deliver orders across the Baltic States through the DPD courier service.
 The delivery time is 1-2 business days from the moment the order is sent to the courier service. The delivery time for the order to the courier service is up to 2 business days from the moment the customer places the order.
Shipping cost:
Orders for up to 150 € — 5 €
 
 Orders over € 150 — free shipping
 
Shipping to other European Union countries is also available.
 The cost of delivery across the EU is 10 €.
Pickup:
You can pick up the goods personally at: Ukmergės g. 369A, LT-12142 Vilnius, Lithuania
Payment is only possible by bank card online or via Paysera. Cash is not accepted for either delivery or pickup.
After the order is delivered, the customer receives a tracking number. There is no communication with the customer after the order is placed, unless the customer applies on their own.
Payment methods:
You can pay for the order using the following methods:
 Online bank card (Visa, Mastercard)
 
 Through the Paysera payment system
 
Cash and cash on delivery are not provided.
For legal entities, payment is made by invoice. The invoice must be requested by mail info@timebar.lt
Return procedure:
According to the legislation of the European Union, the buyer has the right to return the goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Terms of return:
The product is subject to return if the following conditions are met:
 The product was not in use
 
 The original packaging, passport, inserts, pad, protective films have been preserved.
 
 No mechanical damage
 
 All labels and labels are present
 
Return procedure:
 The buyer sends a refund request to the following email address: info@timebar.lt

The request must include:
 
 Product photos from all sides
 
 A photo or video showing the presence of all the labels
 
 A photo or video showing the condition of the original packaging and package


After checking the provided materials, the seller sends a label for a refund.
 
 The buyer is obliged to print and paste this label on the packaging. The product can be packed in any package or box, including the one in which it was sent to the buyer.
 
 The parcel will be sent through the nearest DPD post office agreed with you.
 
Verification and refund:
After receiving the goods, our control service checks:
 Compliance of the product with the stated requirements
 
 Integrity of packaging and packaging
 
It takes 1 business day to check the product.
 If everything is in order, the refund is approved immediately after verification. The money transfer is made using the same method as the payment was made. The transfer rate depends on the bank and can take up to 5 business days.
! If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to the buyer at his expense, and the funds will not be refunded.
Return of defective goods
If you find a manufacturing defect in the mechanism, you must provide:
 An official document from an authorized service center confirming the presence of a factory defect
 
The product will not be accepted for return without such a document.
