Terms of use and purchase (offer)

The main provisions
 These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a document governing the rights and obligations of the Buyer and timebar.lt (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"). The Rules define the procedure for the purchase, delivery, return of goods, as well as other issues related to the activities of the online store. timebar.lt .
 The Seller has the right to change or supplement these Rules without prior notice to the Buyer. The amended Rules apply to purchases made in the online store after their entry into force.
 The online store's customers can be individuals and legal entities who have reached the age of majority. Minor individuals can make purchases only with the consent of their parents or guardians.
 
 Personal data of buyers
 The Seller undertakes to keep the confidentiality of the Buyer's personal data (first name, last name, address, phone number, etc.) and not disclose them to third parties, except in cases where the data is necessary for the Seller's partners (for example, courier services) to fulfill the order.
 The transfer of personal data to third parties is possible only in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
 The Seller has the right to use the Buyer's personal data for marketing purposes (for example, to send newsletters) only with the Buyer's consent. In order to refuse to use the data for marketing purposes, the Buyer must send a request to info@timebar.lt .
 The Buyer undertakes to provide up-to-date personal data necessary for the proper performance of the services by the Seller.
 
 Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement
 After confirming the order in the online store timebar.lt It is considered that the Buyer has concluded a purchase and sale agreement.
 From the moment the order is confirmed and the Seller begins its execution, the contract is considered concluded. The parties are not obliged to notify each other separately in writing or by telephone about the conclusion of the contract.
 
 Buyer's rights
 The Buyer has the right to purchase the goods offered by the Seller in accordance with these Rules.
 
 The Buyer has the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods by notifying the Seller (by e-mail, telephone or registered mail) and returning the goods.
 
 
 Buyer's Responsibilities
 The buyer is obliged not to transfer his login information to third parties. In case of their loss, the Buyer is obliged to notify the Seller immediately.
 
 If personal data changes, the Buyer is obliged to update them in the Seller's system at the next order.
 
 In case of termination of the contract, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller about this within 14 days and return the product by sending it to the specified address.
 
 The Buyer undertakes to accept the delivered goods and comply with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania when making purchases.
 
 
 Seller's rights
 The Seller has the right to restrict the Buyer's access to the system timebar.lt in case of a threat to its security or stability.
 
 The Seller may suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
 
 The Seller has the right to cancel the order if the Buyer has not paid for the goods within 5 business days after placing the order or if the Buyer cannot be contacted using the specified contact information.
 
 
 Seller's Responsibilities
 The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with access to the online store's services timebar.lt .
 
 The Seller undertakes to keep the confidentiality of the Buyer's personal data and transfer it to third parties only in accordance with the law.

The Seller is obliged to deliver the order in accordance with the method chosen by the Buyer.
 
 If delivery of the product is not possible, the Seller must offer a similar product or refund the money within 14 business days.
 
 
 Product price and payment terms
 All prices in the online store are in euros, including VAT.
 
 Payment can be made by:

preliminary bank transfer,
 
 in cash upon receipt,
 
 through leasing services.
 
 
 The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with an invoice along with the goods or by e-mail.
 
 
 Product quality, warranty, refund and replacement
 The seller ensures that the goods are new and of high quality, unless otherwise specified in the description.
 
 The goods are guaranteed for up to 24 months (the exact period is indicated in the product description).
 
 The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days if the following conditions are met:
 
 the product was not used;
 
 Original packaging, labels and accessories have been preserved.;
 
 The buyer has a document confirming the purchase.
 
 
Shipping costs for the return of high-quality goods are paid by the Buyer.
 
 Final provisions
 These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
 
 All disagreements are resolved through negotiations, and if they are impossible, through judicial proceedings.
 
 The parties are released from fulfilling their obligations in case of force majeure circumstances.
